Prices, promotions and stock are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, the customer guarantees that all information provided is true and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel any purchase in case of:

  • Incorrect data or impossibility of verification.
  • Suspicion of fraud or misuse of the website.

Prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Available payment methods are shown in the checkout process.

5. Shipping and Delivery Times

Shipments are handled according to the times and methods indicated in our Shipping Policy below. These times may vary, especially if outside carriers or circumstances beyond our control are involved.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid and complete delivery address. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by address errors or external causes.

6. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

All conditions regarding returns are detailed in our Return Policy below. By purchasing, the customer expressly accepts these conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

The images, texts, designs, logos and any other material present on the WhatsApp website and/or community belong to the brand or its suppliers. Reproduction in whole or in part without written permission is not authorized.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the site will operate without technical failures or interruptions. We shall not be liable for damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the website or products purchased when these are used incorrectly or outside the recommendations.

9. Personal Data

The data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with current regulations. The use of the site implies acceptance of this policy.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Zones

We ship throughout Spain (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) and we do not ship outside Spain.

Estimated Timeframes

  • Peninsula: 3-5 working days (standard shipping).
  • Balearic Islands: 5-8 working days.
  • Canary Islands: 5-8 working days.

Shipping Costs

  • Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands :
    • Up to 500 g. = 6€.
    • From 501 g. to 2Kg = 10€.
  • Free shipping on orders over 70€.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Deadline to request an exchange or refund

If you wish to return an item or exchange it for another, you have at your disposal 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be accepted, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all its labels or identification cards intact.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds

Once we receive the item and verify that it complies with the return conditions, we will proceed to the reimbursement by the same form of payment used in the purchase. The time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

⚠️ Notice: During special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas or promotional periods, preparation and shipping times may be affected due to the increase in orders.
