Mint Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin grains

Instructions

1. Roast the cumin in a dry frying pan for a few seconds until it releases its aroma. This will enhance its flavor.

2. Add all ingredients in a tall glass or food processor.

3. Blend until you obtain a homogeneous sauce without lumps. If the texture is too thick, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency.

4. Taste the chutney and adjust the salt or spice to your preference.
